Where can I see a sample of the contract (Charter Party) of my bareboat charter?

This contract is a typical form used by almost every charter operator in Greece.

The following sample is used from our company and refers to a bareboat sailing yacht charter in Greece with EASY SAILING charter CODE number xxxx. The charter party is 7prepared on the 11th of December 2016 for the charterer Mr. X for a sailing boat BAVARIA 44 departing from Athens base on June 14th, 2017 and ending in Athens base on June 28th, 2017 for the charter fee amount of Euro 4500.
The down payment would be Euro 2250, the rest payment would be Euro 2250, the security deposit guarantee would be Euro 2500

ΌροιΝαύλωσης(Charter conditions)

1.The First payment of (50% of the yacht fees= Euro 2250) is payable upon signing of this Charter Party.
2.The Balance of (50% of the yacht fees OR Euro 2250) is due and payable in the following manner: four weeks before yacht’s departure.
3.This contract is null and void if Easy Sailing has not received the deposit within 7 days of contract signature.
4.The Yacht will be insured as per Greek Law.
5.The Client will leave a deposit of 2500 as per paragraph 3.b on terms page.
6.On the Yacht should be more than 9 pax.
7. The Charterer accepts the terms & cancellation policy as stated on the back page of this Charter Party.
